THE CALM AND THE CHAOS

“The Calm and the Chaos” is a new creative project from Stone Island that pays tribute to the hardcore and metalcore subculture.

Photographer and director Isaac Lamb spent over 6 months travelling across Europe and North America with bands High Vis, Angel Du$t, Knocked Loose, and Haywire 617, capturing the dynamism and the staying power of the hardcore scene, in the moments between the chaos of the shows and the calm of the downtime.

Band members are photographed wearing a mix of current and vintage Stone Island garments.
